Areas of Practice

Lee has been practicing patent law for over 20 years. Her work is primarily in the area of intellectual property law supportingĀ the life sciences and medical devices industries. She assists clients in those fields with securing patent rights in the United States and abroad, as well as with licensing and transactional work. Lee also has significant experience in resolving investorship disputes. Lee’s clients concentrate on antibody engineering, diagnostic agents, combination therapies, gene therapies, high-throughput screening assays, RNAi and microRNAs, implantable devices, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, stem cells, and transgenic plants and animals. Her clients include universities, pharmaceutical companies, and start-up and mid-market biotech companies.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Occhiuti & Rohlicek LLP, Lee was a partner at Duane Morris LLP and at Fish & Richardson P.C., and prior to that was a postdoctoral fellow at Tufts University School of medicine, where she studied neurotransmitter regulation. In addition to her research at Tufts, Lee worked at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research in London, where she did research on cellular and molecular techniques to investigate cellular patterning and differentiation.
